Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open the app and sign in.
- Tap Family at the bottom right.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete my account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
Cannot get into the app?
Email info@rizqtable.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete the account and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- If you are the only person in your family: your login, your family, the people you added, pantry, meal plans, grocery lists, favourites and votes, dinner plans, and any recipes you added. This is immediate and cannot be undone.
- If other people share your family: your login is removed. The family plan, pantry and lists stay with the others (the next person becomes the owner if you were the owner).
- A recipe you wrote that we approved for everyone, and that other families have already planned, may stay without your name.
What is kept
We do not keep a copy of your account data in the app after deletion. Our hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs for a short time. Questions: info@rizqtable.com.
